This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.60 of 2015 in M.O.P.No.54 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam. 2.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 31.08.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
