Petitioner claims ownership of land to an extent of Ac.1-11 cents in Sy.No.128 and Ac.0-61 cents in Sy.No.182/3 of Utkuru Village of C.K.Dinne Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, acquired through gift settlement deed dated 23.12.2016.

Petitioner submitted an application for mutation and issuance of pattedar pass book and title Deed-cum-E-pass book through A.P. Online on 09.08.2017. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

The receipt issued by the A.P.Online is enclosed as Ex.P.1 to the material papers.

If what is contended by the petitioner is true and the said application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, C.K.Dinne Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, is directed to process the same and take appropriate decision by following the due procedure and communicate the decision to the petitioner by assigning reasons in support of the same. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
