Petitioners' grievance is that they have applied on 25.10.2017 in form VI-A to respondent No.3 for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and that respondent No.3 had not passed any orders thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondents will consider the application of the petitioners within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider petitioners' application dated 25.10.2017 in form VI-A within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
