HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40424 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proceeding to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing H.No.1-26/A, Bharpet, Adoni Town, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the allegation that the respondents are trying to demolish the said house is incorrect, but however, he stated that the authorities entered the house of the petitioner only to clean the drainage which got blocked. He further submits that any action of demolition would only be in accordance with the procedure established by law.

4) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of making it clear that any action by the respondents insofar as the subject house is concerned, shall only be in accordance with law.
