The petitioner filed appeal on 31-07-2018 along with stay application before the 3rd respondent against the orders passed by the 4th respondent showing the names of one Upppu Ramachandra Rao as the owner and Vemula Kasiratnam as an occupier/tenant in sy.No.73 for the extent Ac.6-20 cents and sy.No.31/2 for the extent of Ac.1-00 cents in the Pahani/Adangal, dated 14-05-2018 and 11-052018 situated at Kasinagaram village, Dummagudem Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay application within a period of two weeks or the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties if any.
