THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.37727 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she had made a representation on 09.08.2017 to 1st respondent for allotment of certain land to her on lease basis for ekeing out her livelihood and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.09.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
