According to the petitioner land to an extent of Ac.2-43 cents in Sy.No.61/2A of Nandanur Revenue Village, Gangadhara Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District, was purchased from the pattedar and title has validly passed on to the petitioner. Based on the purchase made by the petitioner, an application was made on 27.06.2017 by the petitioner through A.P. Online for grant of pattedar pass book and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Though copy of the application made through A.P. Online is not enclosed to the writ petition paper book, application No.MU011703615733 is mentioned in para No.7 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

If the application is made in Form-VI A bearing the above number and the same is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Gangadhara Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner for mutation and issuance of pattedar pass book and title deeds, by following the due procedure as required by the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, take appropriate decision, as warranted by law, and communicate the same to the petitioner by assigning due reasons in support of the decision. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
