2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order passed on 05.04.2002 in W.P.M.P.No.7915 of 2002 and made absolute on 28.11.2002 in W.V.M.P.No.1079 of 2002 stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
