Petitioners' grievance is that they have applied for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds to the 4th respondent in Form 6-A as prescribed under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 through online on 09.08.2017 and that the 4th respondent has not disposed of the same till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider and dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners' application dt.09.08.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
