This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of plot No.19, an extent of 222.22 square yards of the 1st petitioner, plot No.25, an extent of 222.22 square yards of the 2nd petitioner and plot Nos 20 to 23 and 26 to 29 an extent of square yards of the 3rd petitioner in sy.No.33/2B situated at Bakkannapalem village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondents will follow due procedure before taking any action against the property of the petitioners. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the subject property without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
