THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.37151 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that though petitioner had presented a partition deed for registration before the 4th respondent, 4th respondent is not receiving the same for the purpose of registration.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the petitioner did not produce the document for registration before the 4th respondent. 3.

This is denied by the counsel for petitioner. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to present the document for registration before the 4th respondent within one (01) week from today; in such event, the 4th respondent shall receive and consider the same for the purpose of registration in accordance with the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and the Registration Act, 1908; if the 4th respondent does not wish to register the same, he shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Registration Act,1908 and communicate the same to the petitioner; and this exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of submission of the document by the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
