THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.36524 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he has been assigned land admeasuring Acs.5-48 cents in survey No.837/1B(p) of Goli Village, Rentachintala Mandal of Guntur District for ten years by the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Dachepalli, which is valid up to 23.08.2018, but he has come to know that respondents 6 and 7 have been assigned the same land and they are now interfering with the mining operations being conducted by him in the said land.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that no assignment has been made in favour of respondents 6 and 7 in respect of the land for which mining lease has been granted to the petitioner on 25.08.2008.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail any other remedy available in law against respondents 6 and 7 before appropriate forum. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
