HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19168 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Government Pleader for Home.

There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondents on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police personal in pressurizing the petitioners and their family members to sell the land admeasuring Ac.0.10 cents out of Ac.0.37 cents in Sy.No.128/5 of Somaladoddi Village, Ananthapuram District to the un-official respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute.

Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and fourth respondent.
