THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.11289 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made an application for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land to 2nd respondent, and the 2nd respondent had not passed any order thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that if the petitioner applies in Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 with supporting documents the 2nd respondent will consider the same and do the needful within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of submission of such application.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
