HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 20402 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri V. Hari Haran, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to the Family Court to dispose of O.P.No.1107 of 2013 pending between the petitioner and his wife - Soumya.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to make an application before the Family Court for expeditious hearing of O.P.No.1107 of 2013. If any such application is made, the Family Court shall pass appropriate orders, after granting an opportunity of being heard to both the parties, and may endeavor to dispose of original petition expeditiously.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
