wp_23160_2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus by directing release of the husband of the petitioner Orsu Babu, the detenu in preventive detention. 2.

At the hearing, Sri Rastra Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the detenu has already been released and, hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 28513 of 2016 shall stand closed as infructuous.
