Petitioner claims to be the owner of plot Nos.37 and 38 admeasuring 533.33 sq. yards of land in Survey No.781/C1B of Kallur Village, which is presently Ward No.49, Lakshminagar, Kurnool Municipal Corporation, by virtue of a registered partition deed dated 02.11.1995. She also claims to be the absolute owner of properties in Plot No.10 admeasuring 293.33 sq. yards and Plot No.14 admeasuring 41.66 sq. yards in Survey Nos.665 Part, 666 Part of Kallur Village, presently Ward No.87, Seshadrinagar, Kurnool Municipal Corporation, by virtue of registered settlement deed dated 14.06.1985. According to petitioner, she is blessed with three daughters and one son.

She now alleges that her daughters along with their husbands beat her and her husband, attacked on her many times and harassed her mentally and tortured her physically; that recently she came to know that they had stolen her land documents and created documents in their favour. Thereafter, petitioner submitted representation opposing further registration of deeds of conveyance. Alleging inaction on the said representation made to the Sub-Registrar, Kurnool, this Writ Petition.

A bare perusal of the prayer sought in the Writ Petition would disclose that direction is sought against the registering authorities not to entertain deeds of conveyance that may be submitted by respondents 4 to 6 for registration in respect of the properties claimed by petitioner as belonging to her, briefly

described above. Registering Authority cannot be injected against receiving a document for registration. No such direction sought by the petitioner can be issued.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
