Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, in conducting survey and fixing boundaries to the subject land of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submit that respondents 3 and 4 have inspected the subject property on 03.11.2017 and noticed standing crop and that as on today no standing crop is existing, they would conduct survey within a week. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct survey and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
