Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for survey on 20.10.2017 in respect of his property bearing Plot No.23 admeasuring 25 x 11 Sq.Yds. in Anantapuram Town, Ananthapur District, and that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will conduct survey as sought by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey as sought by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
