Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 4. None appears for respondent nos.5 and 6.

The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that petitioner had preferred a Revision on 02.12.2016 before the 2nd respondent seeking cancellation of pattedar pass book and title deed issued to respondent nos.5 and 6, and though the said Revision has been filed on 02.12.2016, the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision dt.02.12.2016 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
