HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5674 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.07.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. When the matter was listed on 24.07.2018, again there was no representation.

Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 25.07.2018. Today, when the matter is listed, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter is passed over to enable the petitioner to appear and argue the case. When the matter is taken up in the afternoon session, again there is no representation. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as non-prosecution. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as non-prosecution.
