Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the mutation made in respect of the subject land in favour of third parties before the 3rd respondent in an appeal under the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971.
