Petitioner's grievance is that his private land has been shown in the list published under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908, as prohibited for registration on the ground that it is government land, that on 04.07.2012 4th respondent had addressed a letter to the 5th respondent stating that it is the private land of the petitioner and not government land, and though the petitioner represented to the 2nd respondent on 14.02.2017 enclosing copy of the said proceedings of the 4th respondent, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
