N. Jangaiah v. Telangana State Road Transport Corporation,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40481 of 2018 O R D E R:
Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.
2.
Petitioner has assailed the action of the respondents in transferring the petitioner from Kalwakurthy Bus Depot to Achampet Bus Depot alleging that the said order is punitive and was issued only because he was absent for duties from dt.08.10.2018 to dt.11.10.2018. 3.
Counsel for respondents on the other hand contends that on 01.10.2018 itself petitioner was transferred from Kalwakurthy Bus Depot to Achampet Bus Depot and the relieving orders were also sought to be issued.
4.
Since admittedly the transfer of the petitioner is much before his alleged absence from dt.08.10.2018 to dt.11.10.2018, it cannot be said that the transfer of the petitioner is punitive on the ground of his absence for duties from 08.10.2018 to 11.10.2018. 5.
Therefore, I do not find any merit in the Writ Petition and it is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. No order as to costs. 6.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
