This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief :

"To declare the action of respondent No.3 in proposing to issue the Pattadar Book and title deed in favour of respondent No.4 in respect of the land in Sy.No.464/ A admeasuring Ac.0.34 guntas situated at Kamareddy Village, Mandal and District, during the pendency of CRP No.1321 of 2000 and inspite of written representation dt. 19.07.2017 followed by personal visits as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust. " Heard argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that ORC is granted in favour of respondent No.4. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed appeal before the Joint Collector, Nizamabad, and the same was dismissed. Challenging the same, C.R.P.No.1321 of 2000 is filed before this Court and in that Civil Revision Petition, status quo is granted with regard to possession only.

It is to be seen that when CRP is pending before this Court, fresh Writ Petition in respect of same cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to obtain orders in Civil Revision Petition No.1321 of 2010, if he is so advised.
