According to petitioner, D-Form patta was granted in his name in respect of land to an extent of Acs.3.63 cents in Survey No.33/1 of Iron Banda A Centre Village, Gonegandla Mandalam, Kurnool District. The petitioner claims that he filed application dated 02.08.2017 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

A receipt was issued by Mee-Seva Center evidencing filing of the application by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds which is enclosed as Ex.P1 at page No.10.

Having regard to the contention of the petitioner that application filed by him on 02.08.2017 is yet to be acted upon, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the claim of petitioner for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar passbook as per the application already submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders duly assigning reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
