Petitioner had made application on 28.10.2017 to the 3rd respondent for correction of entries regarding classification of land in the online adangal and also for issuance of e-Passbook and contends that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
