Heard the counsel for petitioners, the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 2, 3 & 5, and the Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents 1 & 4.

Petitioners have applied to the 3rd respondent by paying requisite fee on 29.09.2017 seeking survey of the lands claimed by them and contend that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will conduct the survey as sought by the petitioners, after giving notice to respondents 6 to 11, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey as sought by the petitioners, after giving notice to the petitioners as well as the respondents 6 to 11 and other affected persons, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
