Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied on 12.10.2017 for entering her name in the Record of Rights (ROR) and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land claimed by her and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dt.12.10.2017 and take appropriate action in regard thereto, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
