HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 40662 of 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating and recording the name of the petitioner in revenue records (ROR) and in not issuing pattadar pass books cum title deeds to the petitioner in respect of the lands in Sy.Nos.97, 98 and 100, admeasuring Ac.1.98 cents, Ac.5.17 cents and Ac.1.93 cents, respectively, situated at Kondareddipally Village, Narayanpet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of batch writ petitions in WP.No.40441/2018 and batch on 16.11.2018 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same and for the reasons alike the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders after issuing notice and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
