Since the grievance in all the writ petitions is one and the same, all these writ petitions are being disposed of by way of common order.

In all these matters, the case of the petitioners is that they purchased subject property through registered sale deeds dated 05-06-2015 and basing on the same, their names are entered in 1-B Register in some writ petitions and names of their vendors were entered in some of the writ petitions. As such, the petitioners have made applications on 16-07-2018 for grant of pattadar passbook-cum-title deed. As no orders are passed, the present writ petitions are filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that though the petitioners have obtained copies of 1-B, the said proceedings are not traceable in the office of the 3rd respondent. In this case it is to be seen that the petitioners assert their title basing on registered sale deeds and their names are also entered in 1-B Register. As such, the 3rd respondent has to consider the said aspect and pass orders instead of keeping the applications pending.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioners on 16-12-2015 and pass appropriate orders after issuing notice and

- 2 - after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
