Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner had applied on 04-10-2017 to 4th respondent in A.P. Online for mutation and issuance of title deed and e pass book in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and contends that 4th respondent is not taking action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
