Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioner has applied through Me-Seva for survey on 21-10-2017 and that 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will cause survey of the land claimed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all effected parties. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to cause survey of the land claimed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all effected parties. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
