Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had made an application on 23-06-2012 seeking survey of the land claimed by him and that the survey has not been taken up by respondent Nos.3 to 5. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will conduct the survey as sought by the petitioner within 4 weeks after issuing notice to the petitioner and all affected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to conduct the survey as sought by the petitioner within 4 after issuing notice to the petitioner and all affected parties. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
