THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No. 38667 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing a Notice dt.11.11.2017 issued by the 4th respondent prohibiting the petitioner from entering the subject land on the ground that this Court in order dt.09.11.2017 in W.P.MP.No.46800 of 2017 in W.P.No.37688 of 2017 has given such a direction. 2.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the said notice was issued by the 4th respondent under a mistaken impression and the same had been withdrawn on 15.11.2017 vide proceedings ROC.A/107/2017. Copy of the said proceeding has also been placed before this Court.

Since the impugned notice has been withdrawn by the 4th respondent, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. However, the 4th respondent shall abide by the order of this Court dt.09.11.2017 in W.P.MP.No.46800 of 2017 in W.P.No.37688 of 2017, unless the same is modified later.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
