THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38038 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 25.9.2017 for updation of her name in the Re-Settlement Register in respect of the subject land invoking Andhra Pradesh Dotted Lands (Updation in Resettlement Register) Act, 2017 and that the 2nd respondent, who is the head of the said Committee, is not taking any action on the said representation. Learned Government Pleader (Assignment) appearing for respondents states that the District Level Committee headed by the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's claim dated 25.9.2017 within two months and communicate its decision to petitioner.

So Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent, who is the head of the District Level Committee, as well as the said Committee to consider petitioner's representation dt.25.9.2017, within two months and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
