THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.38140 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied on 25.09.2017 for updation of her name in Col.16 of the Resettlement Register in respect of the Dotted Land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents in survey No.408/3 and 408/4 of Chalamareddypalli village, YSR Kadapa Mandal and District and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.25.09.2017 for updation of her name in Col.16 of the Resettlement Register in respect of the above land and take appropriate action within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
