Vide present Criminal Petition, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Crime No.108 of 2015 registered on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Inkollu, Prakasam District for the offences punishable under Section 326 read with Section 34 IPC. Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. Perused the material on record. Keeping in view the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 and grievous injuries caused to the injured/de facto complainant, I am not inclined to grant bail. The Criminal Petition is dismissed.
