Raghu, learned counsel for the appellants, does not press the appeal and seeks direction to learned Single Judge to hear and decide writ petition within time frame.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. We are not inclined to issue direction as prayed. It is, however, open to the appellants to make an application for expeditious hearing of the writ petition and if any such application is made, we hope and trust that learned Single Judge would consider the same in proper perspective.
