THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1994 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitionersRespondents 1 to 5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in D.V.C.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioners. However, the presence of petitioners 2 to 5 before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on the dates when their presence is specifically required by the trial Court. The 1st petitioner is directed to appear and make representation on behalf of petitioners No.2 to 5 in the above D.V.C. on all hearing dates.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
