The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the official respondents to register a case on her complaint dated 20.9.2016. 2.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not registering any crime on the complaint lodged by her against the unofficial respondents.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the official respondents are directed to register a case against the unofficial respondents, if any complaint was lodged by the petitioner as stated by her and if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence, and proceed in accordance with law. If the official respondents fail to register the case, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure to seek her remedy before the appropriate forum. 5.
