THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.5589 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

This matter raised grievance under the Registration Act with regard to actions/inactions of the registering authority. The issue involved in this Writ Petition was already considered in detail by the Full Bench of this Court in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015. Further, W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch dated 29.01.2016 were already disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court, wherein at paragraph No.4 various directions were issued while reiterating the directions of the Full Bench in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015.

In terms of the order of the Division Bench in W.P.No.22602 of 2008 and batch dated 29.01.2016, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
