This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial in not passing any orders on the memo Sr.No.2991 of 2015, dated 31-12-2015 filed by the respondent herein in OP.No.113 of 2011 filed by her for restitution of conjugal rights seeking to club OP.No.113 of 2011 and OP.No.122 of 2012 filed by the petitioner herein for divorce. This Court ordered notice on 02-11-2016. Notice is served and appearance was also made on behalf of the respondent. But there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. It is not known why the Court below is not passing orders on the memo dated 31-12-2015 for clubbing of both OP.No.113 of 2011 and OP.No.122 of 2012 filed for restitution of conjugal rights and divorce respectively. Normally the petitions filed for restitution of conjugal rights and divorce have to be clubbed together for the purpose of trial and more so, both OPs are pending on the file of same Court.

In view of the same, the Court below is directed to club both OPs by passing orders on the memo filed by the respondent herein and proceed further in the matters. With the above direction, the CRP is disposed of.
