Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation on 06.02.2017 to respondent No.4 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour and respondent No.4 is not disposing of the same. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner ought to have applied in form VI-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to respondent No.4 and, if such an application is made with supporting material, respondent No.4 will take appropriate action. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in form VI-A with supporting material to respondent No.4 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour and, on receipt of such application, respondent No.4 shall take appropriate action and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
