Since it is stated that appeal filed by the petitioners in Rc.No.180/2014(G) is pending before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to affected parties.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
