HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.36733 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that though the petitioners had applied for mutation of pattadar pass books and title deeds to 2nd respondent on 24-07-2017, no orders have been passed thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioner has to apply in Form-VI A prescribed under the AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 5th respondent along with supporting material, and if such application is made, 5th respondent will consider the same in accordance with law and take appropriate action. 4.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in Form 6-A to 5th respondent enclosing the supporting material, and if such application is received from the petitioner, 5th respondent shall consider and take appropriate action in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of such application. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
