THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE E.V. VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL SION CASE No.3O85 OF 2018 REVI ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.S17 of 2017 in F.C.M.C.No.9L of 2Ol7 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Khammam (for short, "the trial Court").
2. No representation on behalf of the revision petitioner/respondent. Mr. Jagadish, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3/petitioners is present. Heard Mr. Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.l State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court vide order dated 27.O4.2022 in Crl.R.C (SR) No.3198 of 2022 held that as against an interlocutory order, a Revision under Section 397 of Criminal Procedure Code is not maintainable and hence, sought for dismissal of the present Criminal Revision Case. 4.
In view of the said submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Revision Case, as the order impugned in
this revision is covered by the order dated 27.04.2022 in Crl.R.C (SR) No.3198 of 2022 passed by this Court 5.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
