THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.2476 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 17-09-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2452 of 2016 in Cr.No.63 of 2015 of PS,CCS,DD, Hyderabad, on the file of the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file appropriate Revision. Permission is accorded.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
