This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to allow the petitioner to write 2nd year B.Tech first semester examinations to be held in the month of December, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
