Petitioner's grievance is that he sought survey by the officials of the 3rd respondent through an application dt.17.12.2016 by enclosing the challan for a sum of Rs.530/- and in spite of receiving the same, 3rd respondent has not got the survey done through the 4th respondent till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will get the survey done through 4th respondent within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to get the survey done through 4th respondent within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
